of Ipswich in ye county of Efsex in ye province of the Mafsachufets Sailer being Sick in body but of perfect mind & memory thanks bee given unto God therefore I do make this my last Will & Teftament in Maner of form following first I comit my Soule into ye hands of Allmighty God hoping thro e Merrit of Jefus Chrift my only Savior & redeemer to have a Joyful refurs___(?) of my body to ye Earth to be (?)definitely buried _____(?) ye difcresion of my Executr: here after named & as for Temporall Estate I Will & difpose as Followeth ___ Imprimus I Give & Bequeath (after all my Juft-Debts are payd & funerall Charges defrayed) unto my moft dear & Loving wife Rofe, all ye reft of my Eftate as well reall as perfonall of what nature or kind Soever for her maintenance & ye bringing up of oer Children allowing her free liberty to make Sale of any lands or any thing Elfe for any of ye Ends above So as need shall require So long as she Shall remaine my widdow & if it So happen that Shee Marry Againe my Will is that shee have five pounds & if any of my Eftate bee left after my Children are braught up & come of age my Will is that ye rema inder if any bee shall bee Equally diftributed amongst them & I appoint my Loving wife Executrix after this my last will and Teftament in wittnefs where of I have hereunto fett my hand & Seale ye 23d of Febery Anno Domini 1714.
