Estate of Dustain Heath of Haverhill

I Dustain Heath, of Haverhill in the county of Essex and commonwealth of Massachusetts, housewright, do make and publish this my last will and testament.
First. I give to my sons William D. Heath, Albert C. Heath and Charles Heath, and to my daughters Caroline Heath and Mary Ann Heath, each fifty cents, to be paid to them by my executrix, herein after named in six months after my decease.
Second. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Rebecca Heath, to be hers and her heirs forever. And I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife executrix of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of February, A.D. 1841.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Dustain Heath to be his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who, at his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names, as witnesses.
